![]() Lots of other little things too numerous to mention. There aren't enough electrical outlets without unplugging something (phone, clock, lamp). The fridge froze my soft drinks and bottled water. Not a huge thing, but the TV remote didn't want to work without a lot of coaxing. Floor lamp flickered pretty steadily (didn't use it after the first attempt). Linens, while super clean, are fraying and showing signs of overuse. The bed leaves a LOT to be desired (something you'd find in a Days Inn or equivalent). Kudos to housekeeping! The bad news: The furnishings are dated. Beds are made very nicely and things are organized and neat. The good news: The room was definitely clean, for the most part, as was the bathroom. Beautiful fresh floral arrangements were placed all over the lobby area and adjacent fireplace/sitting area. The lobby and restaurant areas nearby are very pretty with beautiful Indian artifacts throughout. Every staffer I interacted with, both on the phone with reservations and in-house, was pleasant and genuinely ready to assist. It still looks amazing from the outside and there's plenty of parking (valet if you prefer). I've stayed here on two previous occasions within the last several years and the hotel was very nice. I wanted to rave about the Soaring Eagle Resort.really I did.
